The problem
The brand wanted more than a Shopify skin. They needed live delivery tracking, automated gift-voucher issuance at checkout, and a rewards ladder that could redeem points against high-ticket prizes, including a car at the top tier. Off-the-shelf plugins could not model the point economy safely.
What we built
Built a custom commerce backend on Next.js and Postgres. Points accrue per rupee spent, vouchers issue automatically post-payment with cryptographic validation, and the rewards ladder is admin-configurable. Delivery status pipes in from courier APIs and reflects on the customer order page in near real-time.
