The problem
The marketing site had to communicate a considered aesthetic while doubling as a lead-capture surface. On the back-end, sales needed a single place to see leads, tag them, and track which plots were sold, held, or open. The existing spreadsheet was leaking hot leads.
What we built
Designed a restrained, editorial marketing site paired with a custom CRM that captures leads directly from the site, routes them by project, and maintains a live inventory grid the sales team updates in one place. Lead notifications flow through email and WhatsApp.
